what is coursebay?

CourseBay employs a Group Buying model, an economical way to offer our customers excellent online courses for up to 90% off the original price. To meet this need, we have set up a number of Group Buys and split the price among our members.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payments via Paypal, Debit/Credit Card and Cryptocurrency.

WHICH LINK WILL I GET AFTER BUYING THE COURSE AND WHERE CAN I FIND THEM?

All the course links we provide are hosted on Google Drive so files are clean, with no download bandwidth limits and you can also stream the videos online.

Do I need to register to purchase a course?

We are dedicated to bringing long-term value to our customers. Registering an account allows us to provide you with a dashboard where you can find all your purchased courses and deliver good customer service. Therefore, we encourage you to register an account.

You can ensure that your personal data is secure and will never be shared with any third party.

FOR HOW LONG AM I ABLE TO DOWNLOAD THE COURSES?

We try to keep all the links active forever but we always suggest that our clients download the courses so they always have a copy.

Can i request the download link again if i lose my files or have problems with my computer?

If you have any unexpected problems with the products you have purchased from our website such as hard drive errors, file loss, etc., you can reach out to our team and we will resend you access to downloadable files.

will i get course updates in the future?

We try to include updates for courses that provide them as soon as we have it available.

However, if a new version of a full course of the same title is released, we may sell it separately.

The email that i have on my paypal account is different from the email i used in registering. Can I still use it in paying?

It doesn’t matter if the email in your Paypal and in your Coursebay account doesn’t match.

Just ensure that you provide a valid email in your Coursebay registration. And if you’re sending payment through Paypal manually, include your order number in the payment notes.

how do i know you really have the courses?

We try to provide images of the course folders in the product pages. You can use those as reference from the official website. We also specify the course year and version in the product descriptions so you know what you’re getting.

What if the course i'm looking for is not in your store?

You can send us a course request by filling up the form in our REQUEST A COURSE PAGE.

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to let you know if we can fulfill your order. We take your requests very seriously and we will be happy to assist you in finding the course you want.
