How to Download Your Course
Downloading your CourseBay purchase is quick and easy. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email invitation from Google Drive giving you access to your course folder.
Follow the steps below to access and download your course.
Before You Begin
- 📧 Your course is delivered through Google Drive.
- ⏳ Orders are manually processed and typically delivered within a few minutes (up to 24 hours).
- 💻 We recommend downloading your course to your computer for offline access.
Step 1 — Check Your Email
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive an email from Google Drive informing you that CourseBay has shared a folder with you.
The email will be sent to the same email address you used during checkout.
Step 2 — Open the Shared Folder
Open the Google Drive email and click the Open or Open Shared Folder button (or the folder link provided in the email).
This will take you directly to your shared CourseBay folder containing all of your course materials.
You may be asked to sign in to your Google account if you aren’t already logged in.
Step 3 — Access Your Course Materials
Inside the shared folder, you’ll find everything included with your purchase, such as:
- Course videos
- PDF guides
- Worksheets
- Bonus resources (if included)
You can browse the files directly from your web browser before downloading them.
Step 4 — Download Your Course
To save a copy to your computer:
- Open the shared Google Drive folder.
- Select the files or folders you’d like to download.
- Click the Download button (or right-click the folder and choose Download).
Google Drive will automatically prepare your files and download them to your computer.
Large folders may take a few moments to prepare before the download begins.
Troubleshooting
I didn’t receive the Google Drive email.
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
- Verify that you entered the correct email address during checkout.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for manual order processing.
- If you still haven’t received your invitation, contact our support team.
Google Drive asks me to sign in.
Simply sign in using your Google account you used at checkout to access the shared folder.
My download is taking a long time.
Large video courses can take several minutes to prepare and download depending on your internet connection and file size.
Please wait until Google Drive finishes preparing the download.
